WHO THIS IS FOR

You don't have to accept this as your new normal

This program is for anyone whose brain has been affected by:

Alzheimer's disease or dementia: Memory loss, confusion, difficulty finding words, personality changes, and the slow erosion of independence.

Stroke: Sudden cognitive changes — difficulty concentrating, memory gaps, processing slowly, emotional dysregulation, and the frustrating gap between what you want to say and what comes out.

Post-chemotherapy: cognitive impairment Known as chemo brain — the fog, forgetfulness, slow thinking, and mental fatigue that can linger long after treatment ends.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI): Headaches, memory problems, difficulty concentrating, emotional volatility, and a brain that feels like it's working against you.

If this is you — or someone you love — you are not imagining it.

And you are not without options.

WHAT IS STILL POSSIBLE

The brain can still change. Here's what that means for you.

The science is clear.

The brain retains the ability to form new connections, adapt to damage, and rebuild function throughout your entire life.

This is called neuroplasticity.

It doesn't mean everything returns to exactly how it was.

It means the brain can be guided — with targeted, consistent training — to find new pathways, strengthen what remains, and slow what might otherwise continue to decline.

Depending on your condition and where you are in your journey, cognitive training can:

Slow the decline: For progressive conditions like Alzheimer's, regular cognitive training helps maintain function for longer — keeping independence, clarity, and connection alive.

Rebuild and recover: For stroke and TBI survivors, targeted training supports the brain in rebuilding cognitive pathways — improving memory, processing, focus, and emotional regulation over time.

Lift the fog: For those dealing with chemo brain, cognitive training helps clear the mental fatigue, sharpen recall, and restore the mental sharpness that treatment took away.

WHAT WE TRAIN

What the programme works on

Memory: Holding onto names, conversations, appointments, and daily information. We train the brain to retrieve and retain more reliably.

Processing speed: Thinking and responding faster. Reducing the lag between hearing something and understanding it.

Focus and attention: Staying present in conversations and tasks. Building the ability to concentrate without exhausting mental energy.

Filtering out distractions: Helping the brain focus on what matters and block out what doesn't — especially in noisy or busy environments.

Word finding and communication: For stroke survivors and those with aphasia — we support the cognitive pathways that connect thoughts to words.

Emotional regulation: Managing frustration, anxiety, and emotional responses that can intensify after a brain event.

Mental stamina: Building the capacity to engage mentally for longer without the overwhelming fatigue that so often follows brain injury or illness.

WHAT THE PROGRAMME LOOKS LIKE

Gentle. Guided. Built around where you are today

There is no one-size-fits-all programme here. Every person starts where they are — not where someone else thinks they should be.

Step 1 — Cognitive Assessment: We start with a gentle, non-intimidating assessment that gives us a clear picture of how the brain is currently functioning. No pressure. No judgment. No diagnosis. Just information we can build from.

Step 2 — Your Personal Training: Plan Based on your results and your condition, we build a programme around the specific cognitive skills that need the most support. Realistic. Achievable. Designed for your pace.

Step 3 — Regular Training Sessions: Sessions are calm, supported, and structured. Using Play Attention technology — inspired by NASA — the brain is guided through targeted exercises that build cognitive strength progressively. You will be able to see your progress in your results over time.

FOR FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS

If you're reading this for someone you love

Watching someone you care about lose pieces of themselves is one of the hardest things a family goes through.

You want to do something.

You want to help them hold on to who they are for as long as possible.

You want them to feel capable, connected, and seen — not just managed.

The Biolink programme gives them something to work towards.

Progress they can feel.

A space where they are supported — not defined by their diagnosis.

And it gives you something too.

The knowledge that you did everything you could.

The brain is still working. Let's work with it.

The first step is a gentle cognitive assessment.

It takes about 20 minutes.

It tells us where the brain is today — and gives us a place to start.

DISCLAIMER

The Biolink cognitive training programme is not a medical treatment and does not replace the care of your doctor, neurologist, or healthcare team. We recommend you continue working with your healthcare professionals alongside your programme with us. If you are unsure whether cognitive training is appropriate for your situation, please consult your doctor first.
