The RSD Hangover

You can't always stop the spiral. But you can learn to recover from it. The RSD Hangover — that shame-and-exhaustion fog after your nervous system takes the wheel — is the part nobody teaches. This workshop does. Live with neuroscience pioneer Peter Freer.

About the event
You get a vague "Do you have a minute?" from your boss.
A friend reads your message and doesn't reply.
Your nervous system takes over — and before you know it you've sent a five-paragraph panic apology, shut down for two days, or quietly cut someone off.
Then comes the RSD Hangover: the shame, the exhaustion, the anxiety about how on earth to fix what just happened.
Most conversations about Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria focus on preventing the trigger. But prevention isn't foolproof — so we're skipping "RSD 101" and going straight to the part that actually helps: real-time recovery.
This is a hands-on, judgment-free, "choose your own adventure" workshop where we test-drive real-life scenarios together and practise getting back on your feet after the brain spiral takes over.
